ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND COMPONENTS
Procedures and operational steps
The following describes and illustrates the operational steps with their own procedures, provided and used by us to act upon a request to design and manufacture. In this way, we can offer to our customers, the state of play and the various stages of evolution of the order. Following this process, the customer can get information on the course to his request and be aware of various problems that could arise and implement its demands extending the scope of your system.
To begin you must keep in mind the concept of "continuous improvement" in every phase of production that will create a final product exceeds the customer expectations.
First step
Contact with the client: in this phase our technicians carry a first contact with the customer for the following purposes:
| ■ |
Identification of the type of application required by the customer.
|
| ■ |
Analysis and proposal consulting information on opportunities and options for the customer and request an assessment of the costs. |
Second step
After a pause for reflection a second contact allows to determine the general lines of the system and propose a draft technical feasibility.
After acceptance of the conditions listed below by the client, process PDCA starts Plan , Do , Check , Act , a process that is in practice a decomposition in the sequence of actions needed to address properly design, manufacture and control activities.
conditions:
Agreement on the proposal which includes a summary of functions, a general description and the peculiarities of the apparatus, the estimate of total costs, the timing of manufacture and method of payment.
Third step
After acceptance of Phase II, to ensure compliance with customer needs a draft of the manual is created and with the customer is analyzed for possible improvements to the system.
Fourth step
1 ... Creation of the electronic hardware
2 ... Creating Firmware and Software
3 ... Processing of changes in the initial project usually it involves an expansion and improvement of the system.
Fifth step
Control system with comparison and reflected the initial project plan.
Operational test and final system last draft of the manual.
Sixth step
XMAS sent to the customer.
During this phase, customers may change the software or firmware with the approval of our technicians for improvement of the system or to correct any bugs in the system.
Thanks to the "working on upgrade" your XMAS can be updated without having to be returned to our factory thanks to the upgrade procedure that allows the update software and firmware over the internet.
Any improvements can be made even after long periods, always follow the guidelines of our technicians
